DESCRIPTION:PUBLIC NOTICE\nNotice is hereby given to all parties in interest that the Chalfont Borough Zoning Hearing Board will hold a Public Hearing in the Borough Hall located at 40 North Main Street\, Chalfont PA on Thursday\, September 27\, 2023\, at 7:00PM. \nThis Hearing is scheduled to consider an application from Steve & Rebecca Wolfe requesting for the property located at 105 Lilac Lane in Chalfont Borough to allow of the Chalfont Borough Zoning Ordinance requiring a Front Yard setback of thirty (30) feet to allow for a seven (7) foot setback from Hibiscus Drive. \nThe Applicant requests the following relief from the Chalfont Borough Ordinance: \nA variance from Section 440.56.D – a variance is required for a seven-foot Front Yard setback where a minimum thirty (30) foot front yard setback is required. \nA special exception from Section 440-128.A – for a nonconforming structure may be extended by special exception along the existing building lines or existing building plane of the existing nonconformity\, provided that such expansion shall not extend within any street line. \nA variance from Section 440-128.A – for a nonconforming structure may be extended by special exception along the existing building lines or existing building plane of the existing nonconformity\, provided that such expansion shall not extend within any street line. A Variance from §440-20.B(3) and §440-86.F to construct a Shed Roof in the rear of the property extending into an existing Buffer Area and extending beyond the pre-existing and non-conforming building setback lines. \n2.
