The Applicant requests the following dimensional relief from the Chalfont Borough Ordinance: \n1. A variance from Section 440.64.A – a variance is requested to permit a 6\,659 SF lot where 9\,000 is required. \n2. A variance from Section 440.64.A – a variance is requested to permit a 4\,747 SF lot where 9\,000 is required. \n3. A variance from Section 440.64.B – a variance is requested to permit a 58 ft lot width where 60 ft is required. \n4.
