The purpose of the Planning Commission is to review subdivision and land development plans and make recommendations to Borough Council. The zoning ordinance, subdivision ordinance, Comprehensive Plan and the Open Space Plan are used as guides in making recommendations. Plans are filed and can be viewed at the Borough Administration Office. Planning Commission meetings are held as needed and typically take place on the 4th Monday of each month at 7:00 PM. Meetings are held at Borough Hall, 40 N. Main St., Chalfont.
