HARB meetings take place in person at 40 N. Main St.  If you'd like to participate or make a public comment, please attend the meeting. Agenda

Curbside leaf collection.  Leaves should be placed in biodegradable leaf bags and placed curbside the night before.  No sticks or stick bundles allowed in bags with leaves.  This curbside pickup is for LEAVES ONLY.  Thank you.
