Zoning Hearing Board

Chalfont’s Zoning Hearing Board will hold a Public Hearing to consider an application from Mason Investment Properties, LLC requesting for the property located at 57 S. Limekiln Pike to allow for B7 Garden Apartment Use.  A special exception is being sought.  Interested parties may appear at the public hearing and/or may view the application and any plans relating thereto at Chalfont Borough Hall, 40 N. Main Street, Chalfont, PA.
