Butler Ave and Aqua Water Main Updates
Butler Avenue Repaving Update: AQUA PA has informed Chalfont Borough that Butler Avenue paving will continue the week beginning Oct. 18th until Aqua’s work is complete. Starting the week of October 25th, PennDOT will mobilize to repave the bridge between North Main Street (Rt. 152) and Moyer Road.

It’s Scarecrow Time!
Chalfont Borough residents, stop by the administration building located at 40 N. Main St. between Oct. 8th-10th to pick up scarecrow frames & straw (supplies will be outside, near the building). Create your scarecrow and drop it off outside at the same location, 40 N. Main St., any time between Oct. 15th-17th to be displayed throughout the Borough until Halloween. Thanks for participating!
Butler Ave and AQUA Water Main Updates
Butler Avenue Repaving Update: AQUA PA has informed Chalfont Borough that due to emergency repairs needed in other locations, the Butler Avenue repaving won’t take place until the week of October 11th.
Water Main Replacement Update: Lilac Lane and Bristol Road is a separate AQUA PA project. Water main lines will be flushed this week and water service will be switched over starting the first week of October and will continue into the following week.

Test of Nation’s Emergency Alert System on 8/11/21 @ 2:20 PM
FYI: The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) will test the nation’s public alert and warning systems at 2:20 p.m. EST on Wednesday, Aug. 11th. Test messages will be sent to TVs & radios, and to select cell phones that have opted-in to receive test messages.

Update on Water Service Disruption on July 23, 2021
AQUA PA has informed the Borough they are close to resolving the water disruption and water pressure issues in and around Chalfont Borough. Service should be restored before the evening hours of July 23, 2021. Please call AQUA PA for any concerns at 877-987-2782.
