Chalfont Borough’s Mayor has issued a Winter Storm Emergency beginning on February 18th @ 6:00 AM and continuing for the duration of the storm until clean-up has been completed.  No parking on Borough streets or you will be ticketed and may be towed.  Borough office will be closed Feb 18th, but staff will answer calls and emails.

Aqua Pennsylvania to Restrict Butler Avenue Weekdays for Utility Replacement in Chalfont Borough

King of Prussia, PA – Aqua Pennsylvania is planning weekday lane restrictions with flagging on Butler Avenue between Skyline Drive and Bristol Road in Chalfont Borough, Bucks County, on Wednesday, November 4, through April, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, for water main replacement, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur. The schedule is weather dependent.

Aqua Pennsylvania will complete this project under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.

  • No twigs in bags with leaf waste
  • No tied or bundled twigs or tree trimmings will be picked up on Leaf Pick-Up Days
  • Please have bio-degradable bags at curbside the night before pick up.
